PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) invites Management Consulting Company to participate in the Procurement of Consulting Services for Strengthening the Core Airline Business of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The scope of work and areas to be developed by the Consultant include:

  1. Pricing Management and Market Origin & Destination
  2. Branded Fares Business Case
  3. Integration of Garuda and Citilink
  4. Distribution Strategy
  5. Website Structure & Key Functionalities
  6. Digital Revamp for GarudaMiles and Ancillary Product Services
  7. Immediate Financing of Aircraft Maintenance

General requirements for procurement participants are as follows:
 

a. The Company is legally incorporated company with a valid business license in the field of Management Consulting Services, specifically with expertise in the airline business and related industries;
b. The Company have proven experience and expertise in the aviation and airline industry;
c. The Company is willing to comply with Garuda’s procurement procedures;
d. The Company is not currently involved in any legal disputes or bankruptcy proceedings that may cause a conflict of interest or hinder the company’s ability to fulfill procurement obligations or contracts;
e. The Company is willing to sign an integrity statement.

Companies that are interested in participating the procurement process are required to submit the administrative requirement documents signed by the head of company, in accordance with the document format available at the following link :(Consulting Services: Strengthening Core Airline Business) . The documents should be submitted for registration include:

  1. Business Registration Number / Company Registration
  2. Company Statement Letter
  3. Conflict of Interest Declaration Letter
  4. Company Experience List in the Aviation & Airline Industry

 

All documents must be submitted in softcopy format (scanned documents or uploaded via cloud storage), with a maximum email size of 5MB, and sent to the following email addresses:

The Procurement Committee will send the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) documents to companies that pass the pre-qualification stage via official email.

Garuda does not charge any fees for participation in the Procurement of Consulting Services for Strengthening the Core Airline Business of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
