PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Companies to be participated as provider for Renovation of Office Workspace at Garuda with the requirement as follow :

• General Requirement

1. Legal Entity.
2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
3. Willing to follow the procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.
4. Able to provide Renovation of Office Workspace with several specification are as follow :​
   1. Renovation of a workspace with an area of approximately 50 m²
   2. Creating detailed planning and design drawings, including dimensions, sizes, colors, and principle 2D drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings/support structures).
   3. Creating 3D interior design drawings from various views.
   4. Interior design, including the selection of colors, textures, and patterns that align with Garuda's identity.
   5. Construction of the workspace with the following requirements:
      • Construction materials that meet quality standards and are durable.
      • Electrical and lighting systems, including the installation specifications for electrical outlets, wiring networks, and lighting equipment.
      • Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems with adjustable temperatures.
      • Etc

For those Participant who have experience and interested in providing Renovation of Office Workspace, are required to submit some document (format document can be access through link  Persyaratan dokumen administrasi dan teknis - Pekerjaan Renovasi Ruangan Kerja Unit Garuda.docx and email to rama.maulana@garuda-indonesia.com & lita.adhitia@garuda-indonesia.com no later than Friday, June 21th 2024 at 10.00 AM Jakarta Local Time.

We will evaluate using the applicable rules in Garuda after receipt the documents.

Garuda did not collect any fees in the vendor registration process as well as the procurement process.
