PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) hereby invites qualified companies to providing Payment Landing Page & Payment Orchestration Solutions to participate and register as Garuda vendors, with the following qualifications:

General Qualifications:

1. The company must be a legally established entity.

2. Willing to comply with Garuda’s applicable procurement policies and procedures.

3. Possess relevant experience in providing Payment Landing Page & Payment Orchestration Solutions.

Scope of Work:

1. Provide a Payment Landing Page (PLP) supporting local and international PSPs, acquirers, e-wallets, and bank transfers.

2. API-based solution.

3. Web-based and mobile responsive platform.

4. Embedded and seamless integration with the booking engine.

5. Perform centralized monitoring, reconciliation, refund processing, and reporting.

6. Provide end-to-end managed services (including infrastructure).

7. Other related services as required.
