General Requirement :

1. Legal Entity.
2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
3. Willing to follow the Procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.

Specific Requirement :

1. A company engaged in importation and distribution of Medical Equipment;
2. Having KEMENKES permits that are still valid as medical equipment suppliers;
3. Able to provide Face Mask with detail specification as follow :

1. Latex free
2. Fiberglass free
3. From fit design
4. 3 ply construction
5. Ukuran : 90 x 175mm
6. 95% filtratin of 0.3 um particles
7. Reduces exposure to blood and body fluids
8. Minimized contamination form inhaled microorganisms
