A. QUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS

1. Legal entity;
2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
3. Willing to follow the Procurement procedure applicable at Garuda. 
4. Having experience provides data on fare competitors.

B. SPECIFICATION

Provide monitoring function for Competitors data on website basis with following fitur :

1. Data collection and historical minimum  on daily basis
2. Fare view
3. Availability view
4. Comparison view
5. Schedule view
6. Graph view
7. Benchmark view
8. Average view
9. Reporting view
10. Extraction data to ODS (operational data storage) in accordance with GA Format
11. Integration with RMS (Rvenue Management System)
12. Integration with FMS (if impelemented by Garuda)
