PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Insurance Companies to be participated as Airlline Carrier Responsibility Insurance Provider at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and PT Citilink Indonesia.

 

General Vendor Qualification:

  1. Submit a Letter of Interest and be willing to follow the procurement procedures at Garuda Indonesia;
  2. Have a Insurance Product Registration of Travel Insurance or Airline Carrier Responsibility Insurance or Liability Insurance or Aviation Insurance that issued by OJK;
  3. Have a minimum Risk Based Capital (RBC) value of 120% as evidenced by credible supporting documents;
  4. Have total assets in 2021 and 2022 more than IDR 1 trillion as evidenced by a financial summary;
  5. Have experience in similar coverage (Travel Insurance or Airline Carrier Responsibility Insurance or Liability Insurance or Aviation Insurance);
  6. Submit Company Legality Documents as follows:
  • Deed of Company Establishment and Last Changes
  • Business Identification Number (NIB)
  • Business License as an Insurance Company
  • NPWP and SPPKP
  • Proof of Tax Payment for the last 1 year, namely 2022, if not yet available, you can use Tax Proof for 2021.
  • Financial Statements and/or Summary of Financial Statements for 2021 (audited) and 2022 (unaudited and signed by the Board of Directors).
  • Company Profiles.


Companies that are interested in participating the procurement process are required to submit Letter of Interest signed by Head of Company (format document can be access through link https://docs.google.com/document/d/129257PChFKBP9ehMHMrDLqV8KEiTVGj9/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=102641469771254726154&rtpof=true&sd=true.

 

All of the documents above need to be submitted in softcopy (scanned document or uploaded via online archive/drive with maximum email size per 5MB) and send by email to address:

The Procurement Committee will send a Request For Proposal Document ("RFP") to companies that have submitted all required documents by email

 

Garuda does not collect any fees from participants in the Procurement of Airlline Carrier Responsibility Insurance Provider Garuda Indonesia Group.
