Vendor Registration for Payment Gateway

PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Payment Gateway Provider to be registered as Vendor with general qualifications as follows :
A. General :
1. Legal Entity;
2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure;
3. Willing to follow the Procurement procedure applicable at Garuda;
4. Have experience in provide payment solution for at least 3 years, in more than 5 industry type and minimum 1 travel/transportation industry.
B. Specific :
• Credit Card (IDR - Non IDR) & Fraud Prevention
1. Had experience in fraud prevention management system for IDR and non-IDR transactions;
2. Already possess network with acquiring banks, both local and foreign banks;
3. PCI DSS certified.
4. Comply with Bank Indonesia regulation (for Payment Gateway Credit Card IDR)
• Internet Debit
1. Already possess network with local banks;
2. Can provide alternative payment option;
3. Can provide Gateway System for Credit Card to process IDR Transaction as well (as backup for CC Payment Gateway).
For those Participant who have experienceand interested in providing theservice, should submit Letter of Intent and supporting document to i.bagus@garuda-indonesia.com(max. 5MB / email) no later than Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 08.00 AM (GMT+7).

Note : Participant who interested in providing the service may submit LOI for one or both of services in accordance with the capabilities and experience of each company.
After we receive the registration data, we will proceed to pre-qualification process using the applicable rules and regulations in Garuda Indonesia.
Garuda did not collect any fees in the vendor registration process as well as the procurement process.
