In order to meet the corporate financing needs and to strengthen the structure and financial profile of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. (“Garuda”) as well as to meet working capital and capex needs of Garuda Group, Garuda plans to have securitization through Kontrak Investasi Kolektif Efek Beragun Aset (KIK EBA) in 2018. Hence, Garuda invites Legal Counsel to participate in Legal Counsel for Securitization KIK EBA Bidding Process.

Bidder Qualifications :

1. Registered in Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK);
2. Having a legal office in Jakata and formed as a civil partnership/limited liability partnership (Matschaap) in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia;
3. Having an understanding to the structure of Future Revenue/Future Receivables Based Securities as well as the understanding to the rules and the prevailing practice of the Indonesian Capital Markets especially related to the securitization transaction;
4. It is not being or has been in a state of legal problems opposite to Garuda;
5. It is not being in the process of lawsuit or bankruptcy which may affect to the performance or the existence of its entity and/or it is not being under supervision of the any agency.

Garuda does not collect any fees from the participant in bidding/tender process.
