Garuda Indonesia hereby urges all vendors to exercise caution regarding any individuals or parties claiming to represent Garuda Indonesia in offering or conducting the procurement of goods and services.
All vendors are strongly advised to verify the authenticity of any information received before participating in any procurement process or conducting any transaction on behalf of Garuda Indonesia.
Please be informed that all Garuda Indonesia procurement processes, including vendor registration, dissemination of procurement information, and the execution of procurement activities, are conducted exclusively through the Garuda Indonesia e-Procurement system and official communication via email addresses using the @garuda-indonesia.com domain.
Please note that official procurement communications are not conducted via WhatsApp or through email addresses using domains other than @garuda-indonesia.com.
Should you receive any information or communication that you suspect to be fraudulent and falsely claiming to represent Garuda Indonesia, please confirm and report it immediately to the Garuda Indonesia Procurement Unit via email at business-support@garuda-indonesia.com.
Garuda Indonesia shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from fraudulent activities conducted by parties falsely claiming to represent the Company.
