PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Companies to be participated as provider for Document Management Services for Business Travel and Employee Transfer in 2024 at Garuda with the requirement as follow :

• General Requirement

1. Legal Entity.
2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
3. Willing to follow the procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.
4. Processing Work Visas and Stay Permits for employees who will be transferred to Branch Offices outside Indonesia, where to process Work Visas and Stay Permits there are several processes as follows:

• Renewal Document.
• Translation Document
• Notary Legalization
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs Legalization
• Ministry of Law and Human Rights Legalization
• Embassy Legalization
• Work Visa and Residence Permit Application

For those Participant who have experience and interested in providing the Document Management Services for Business Travel and Employee Transfer in 2024, are required to submit some document (format document can be access through link Kelengkapan Surat Pernyataan - Jasa Pengurusan Dokumen Perjalanan Dinas dan Mutasi Pegawai Tahun 2024.docx and email to reizsa.ys@garuda-indonesia.com no later than Saturday, April 8th 2024 on 11.00 AM Jakarta Local Time.

We will evaluate using the applicable rules in Garuda after receipt the documents.

Garuda did not collect any fees in the vendor registration process as well as the procurement process.
