PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda") hereby invites qualified candidates to participate Project Supervisor for the Renovation of the Garuda Executive Lounge at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Denpasar, Bali (DPS) PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Interested parties are encouraged to register as a Vendors, adhering  to the following qualifications:

**General Requirements:**

1. Must be a Legally established entity.

2. Must not be involved in any legal disputes or matters that could compromise the ability to complete the work.

3. Must adhere to Garuda Indonesia’s Procurement of Goods and Services regulations.

**Specific Requirements:**

1. Must be a medium-category contractor (proven by SIUJK and SBU documents).

2. Scope of work includes:

   a. Assisting Garuda in analyzing the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) submitted by tender participants for Design & Build Consultant and Contractor.

   b. Supervising and approving the selection of materials, equipment and implementation methods, while monitoring the timelines and costs for the renovation work.

   c. Monitoring and approving the master schedule for all work packages created by the contractor as a reference for field implementation.

   d. Overseeing the contractor's work to ensure it aligns with the quality, design, and technical specifications approved by Garuda

   e. And other related duties as required.
