Scope of Work

Procurement of Hard-Case Bag and Suitcase Provider for Hajj Pilgrims, estimated 91.164 sets:

  1. Hard-case suitcase, including cover
  2. Cabin suitcase using trolley, including cover
  3. Passport Bag
  4. Backpack
  5. Also other equipment : Thank You Card, Box, Hajj Document Bag as Compliment, In-flight Safety Instruction Booklet.
  6. Willing to provide a manufacturer code on each item of goods which can be used to identify the manufacturer of the goods.

Vendor Qualification

General Vendor Qualification:

  1. The company is a legal entity and has a business license in Indonesia which is engaged in the production of Hard Case Bags and Suitcases;
  2. The company has equipment, location, and production capacity for hard case bags and suitcases and is expected to produce a minimum of 30,000 sets of bags and suitcases (in 1 month) for Garuda's needs;
  3. The company is willing to follow the procurement procedures applicable to Garuda;
  4. The company is not currently involved in a legal dispute or bankruptcy which could cause a conflict of interest or failure of procurement participants to fulfill their obligations and/or contracts.
  5. The company is willing to sign an integrity statement.
