Sourcing – Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports 2023

Regarding to PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk needs for Annual Reports and Sustainability Reports 2023 provider with qualifications and scope of work required as follows:

Qualifications:

1. Have a team that experienced in preparing Annual Report (AR) and Sustainability Report (SR) books, especially copywriters who have NSCR/GRI certification for writing SR
2. Understand the latest regulations and/or provisions related to the preparation of AR and SR, preferably using SASB standards and the CDSB framework as well as the TCFD framework to improve financial reporting
3. Preference will be given to participant that have experience to provide private and state-owned companies that win Annual Report Award and Sustainability Report (at least ranked in top 3 in 3 years of implementation)

Scope of Work :

1. Prepare design concepts for Annual Report (AR) and Sustainability Report (SR) in accordance with Garuda Corporate Identity provisions
2. Submit several AR and SR design concepts to obtain approval from Garuda board of directors
3. Conduct photo sessions and the accomodation for AR and SR design needs,
4. Write AR and SR in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Circular Letter number 30/SEOJK.04/2016 of 2016 that concern the form and content of the Annual Report of Issuers or Public Companies, including Global Initiatives Reporting (GRI) and other provisions as a reference for preparation AR and SR, bilingual (in Indonesian and English), clear and concise
5. Collect data and related information in the context of preparing AR and SR including conducting interviews with the board of commissioners and directors or Top management (if necessary) to obtain a complete picture of the Company
6. Analyze data and information to then compile it into an annual report in accordance with applicable rules and regulations
7. Lay-out the material from the results of copywriting and translation according to the design concept that has received approval from the Garuda board of directors
8. Provide recommendations for materials and materials of AR and SR books
9. Printing process of AR and SR book
10. Producing flash disks + boxes containing AR and SR material
11. Assist Garuda in publishing external regulations as a guarantee of the suitability of the SR material content
12. Provide recommendations for award events related to AR and SR that are appropriate for the Company, provide support and suggestion in award registration process

We will evaluate using the applicable rules in Garuda Indonesia after receipt the documents

Garuda did not collect any fees in the vendor registration process as well as the procurement process.
