PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Companies to be participated as Supporting Consultant for Garuda Group Company Establishment with general qualifications as follows :

• LAW CONSULTANT QUALIFICATION

1. Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
2. Have good experience in handling company establishment, especially companies in Europe in the field of law and finance
3. Have good knowledge, experience and success reputation in handling company establishment in europe
4. Have No Conflict of Interest with Garuda Indonesia Group, and agree to sign a statement letter (provide by GA);
5. Committed and responsible for completing the target according to the specified time frame
6. Have a strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, especially regarding Company Establishment, Taxation, applicable European law, Limited Liability Company Law.
7. Can supervise other required supporting consultants (Finance/Taxation) with Garuda's approval

• Scope of Work

1. The consultant prepares the feasibility study for the establishment in a country that has big business benefits from business activities including tours & travels as well as Garuda Group aircraft leasing.
2. The study includes feasibility studies of law, taxation, finance, risk and business continuity aspects of the company.
3. Responsible to establish the company after Garuda’s shareholder give approval for the recommendation and feasibility study and also refer to the rules in the capital market, the company's articles of association and applicable regulations.
4. Provide assistance, consultation and legal opinion as well as strategic studies related to the establishment process
5. Preparation/drafting of correspondence and documents required in the process of establishing the company.
6. Prepare strategies and actions in handling and completing the company establishment process.
7. Representing the Company in providing information to the public (if necessary) regarding the process of establishing the company.
8. Representing the Company in legal actions required in establishing the company process to protect Company interests with the limitations stated in the special power of attorney granted by the Company
