INVITATION TO BID

PT GARUDA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk, the national flag carrier of Indonesia, is pleased to announce an aircraft leasing tender for Hajj transportation in 2025. We invite interested parties to participate in this tender.

The lease requirements are as follows:

• Aircraft Type: Airbus A330 series or Boeing B777 series
• Aircraft Requirements: Preferable IOSA Compliance
• Year of Manufacture (YOM): Preferable YOM not older than 2005
• Type of Lease: Wet Lease (A.C.M.I)
  (Cabin crew will be provided by Garuda Indonesia)
• Lease Term: 01 May 2025 – 10 July 2025
• Route: Indonesia to Jeddah and/or Medina (v.v.), preferably direct flights (no technical stop)
• Regulations: KSA FAOC GACAR 129

Eligibility:

• Participants must be the owner and/or operator of the aircraft and hold a valid Air Operator Certificate.
• Participants must act on their own behalf and not as brokers or intermediaries. No involvement of intermediaries is allowed in this tender process.

Proposal Submission:
The leasing proposal must include:
a) Technical specifications and the aircraft’s MSN/Serial Number
b) Commercial terms

Tender Documents:

• Tender leasing documents can be obtained via email during business hours from 20 December to 27 December 2024.
• All bids must be submitted no later than 27 December 2024 at 23:59 Jakarta Time (UTC+7).
