PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Companies to be participated as provider for Fare Audit Service at Garuda with the requirement as follow :

• General Requirement

1. Legal Entity.
2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
3. Willing to follow the procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.
4. Able to provide Fare Audit Service with several specification are as follow :
   1. ​Fare Audit Service for Garuda Ticket Sales:
   2. Deliverables – The provider shall meet following deliverables:
      • Ensure that all incorrect and undercollected fee are detected and re-billed
      • Ensure that all Garuda tickets are audited and meet IATA standard and regulations
      • Prevent revenue leakage due to ticketing errors, mistaken fare calculations, incorrect refunds and exchanges, unjustified commissions in the future
      • Provide audit repost such as audit result reports, walver and dispute reports, and any customizing report.
      • Provide system audit which meet IATA standard and regulations, and able to provide service as per scope of work.
      • etc

For those Participant who have experience and interested in providing Fare Audit Service, are required to submit some document (format document can be access through link  Fare Audit Service - Administrative and Technical Document.doc and email to rama.maulana@garuda-indonesia.com & windiwulandari.ctc@garuda-indonesia.com no later than Tuesday, June 11th 2024 at 1.00 PM Jakarta Local Time.

We will evaluate using the applicable rules in Garuda after receipt the documents.

Garuda did not collect any fees in the vendor registration process as well as the procurement process.
