PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ("Garuda") provides an opportunity for companies engaged in Production House to be registered as vendors in Editing & Re-Shoot Safety Video tenders with the following general qualifications :

             Pre-Production

• Understanding the details of the safety video and other points to be edited.
• gathering previous safety video assets or raw materials to be used as editing material.
• Making shooting boards and coordinating with Garuda Indonesia in reviewing and finalizing shooting boards
• Setting up shooting locations
• Prepare the necessary equipment, accommodation, transportation, and administration.
• Selecting and assigning talents and costumes (wardrobe)
• Conducting pre-production meetings until the final with Garuda Indonesia

                   Production

• Select and assign a production team (editors, 3D animators, directors, assistant directors, producers, managers, casting directors, crew, etc.).
• Ensuring that the shooting is in accordance with the timeline and shooting board
• Ensuring that complementary needs for filming are available (consumption, transportation, accommodation, equipment, costumes, etc.).
• Coordinate with Garuda Indonesia during the editing process.
• Coordinate with Garuda Indonesia during the re-shooting process so that the shooting is carried out in accordance with the agreement at the pre-production meeting.

                   Post-Production

• Doing online and offline video editing (for output re-shooting)
• Perform finalizing editing (for output, remove scenes).
• Doing color grading, adding animation, supers and voiceover, and background music (online stage)
• Performs final audio and video mixing.
• Adjust video formats as needed.
• Completing the handover of work to Garuda Indonesia, including raw video files and editable files

Garuda did not collect any fees in the vendor registration process as well as the procurement process.
