PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ("Garuda") is inviting qualified companies to register as vendors for the 2025 M / 1446 H Hajj Pilgrim Bus Transportation Services, with the following qualifications:

General Requirements:

1. Must be a legally established business entity.
2. Not currently involved in any legal proceedings that could result in the failure to complete the assigned work.
3. Willing to adhere to the Procurement of Goods and Services regulations applicable at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Specific Requirements:

1. Vendors must be able to accommodate one Hajj departure group ("kloter") with a maximum of 393 pilgrims. Certain embarkation points, such as Jakarta and Solo, require vendors to provide two bus fleets to accommodate overlapping flight schedules. The number of buses must match the number of pilgrims, with the addition of one backup bus to address potential issues during departures or arrivals.
2. Scope of Work:
   • Small buses must have a seating capacity of at least 25 seats.
   • Large buses must have a seating capacity of no more than 45 seats.
   • The bus engine must be manufactured within the last 10 years. For the bodywork or assembly, it must be at least 5 years old or newer.
   • All buses must meet tourism bus standards (comfortable seating, reclining seats, etc.).
   • Additional requirements may apply.
