PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Companies who can provide Medical Aids – Dental Supplies to be registered as Garuda Vendor with general qualifications as follows :

     A. General Requirement

1. Having operational license for doing Calibration for Medical Devices Service Company issued by KEMENKES
2. Having a CMC (Capability Measurement Calibration) document for medical devices
3. Having MK (Metoda Kalibrasi) document that certified by KAN(Komite Akreditasi Nasional)

     B. Spesific Requirement

1. Having operational license for doing Calibration for Medical Devices Service Company issued by KEMENKES
2. Having a CMC (Capability Measurement Calibration) document for medical devices
3. Having MK (Metoda Kalibrasi) document that certified by KAN(Komite Akreditasi Nasional)

We will evaluate using the applicable rules in Garuda Indonesia after receipt the administrative documents and technical data.

*Garuda did not collect any fees in the vendor registration process as well as the procurement process.
