PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Companies who can Provide Health Service Aids to be registered as Vendor with general qualifications as follows :

• General Requirement :

1. Legal Entity.
2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
3. Willing to follow the Procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.

• Specific Requirement :

1. A company engaged in importation and distribution of Medical Equipment;
2. Having KEMENKES permits that are still valid as medical equipment suppliers;
3. Able to provide buffer stock for Garuda;
4. Guarantee that the goods are new, not expired, bails intact (not defective and undamaged), and guarantee the authenticity of the goods;
5. Ensure that the goods have expiry date with following conditions  :
   1. Min 6 months for ABPK Lab (Reagen)
   2. Min 2 years for General & Dental ABPK
6. Distribute the goods to Garuda Sentra Medika at Jalan Angkasa Blok B15 No.1, Kemayoran, Jakarta.

Garuda did not collect any fees in the vendor registration process as well as the procurement process.
