PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ("Garuda") hereby invites qualified companies to participate in the procurement of an Implementation and Integrated Customer Data Platform (CDP) solution and to register as Garuda vendors, subject to the following qualifications:

General Qualifications:

1. The company must be a legally established entity.

2. Willing to comply with Garuda’s applicable procurement policies and procedures.

3. Possess relevant experience in providing Intergrated Customer Data Platform (CDP)

4. Must be an officially authorized and supported Business Partner of the Principal Vendor of the proposed Integrated Customer Data Platform (CDP) solution, as evidenced by a valid Letter of Authorization (LoA) or equivalent official document.

Scope of Work:

1. Provide a Marketing Automation 

2. Customer Data Platform

3. Dashboard performance campaign delivery platform .

4. Other related services as required.
