PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) is providing an opportunity for companies with the necessary qualifications and competencies to participate in the Sourcing process for Aviation Insurance Brokers with the following detailed information:

General Requirements:

• Legally established entity.
• Not involved in any legal proceedings that could impact the completion of work.
• Willing to comply with the Procurement Regulations for Goods and Services applicable at Garuda.

Specific Requirements:

• Registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and possesses a license or registration from OJK for marketing Aviation Insurance products.
• Experience and/or expertise in the Aviation Insurance Industry in Indonesia and/or internationally.
• Experience in handling Aviation Insurance claims in Indonesia and/or internationally.
• Possess a dedicated Aviation Insurance team/division within the company’s organizational structure with personnel having a minimum of 5 years of experience in Aviation Insurance.
• Not under any warning or restrictions imposed by OJK.

Scope of Work:

The Aviation Insurance required by GARUDA INDONESIA GROUP, which includes PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“GARUDA”), and/or PT Citilink Indonesia (“CITILINK”) and/or PT GMF AeroAsia (“GMF”) and/or PT Aerofood Indonesia (“AEROFOOD”), covers the following policies:

• Airline Hull and Spares “All Risks” and Liability Insurance (Including Personal Accident);
• Airline Hull & Spares Deductible Insurance;
• Airline Hull and Spares War and Allied Perils Insurance; and
• War, Hi-Jacking, and Other Perils Excess Liability.
