PT GARUDA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk, the national flag carrier of Indonesia, will conduct an aircraft leasing tender for Hajj transportation for the year of 2026. We would like to invite interested parties to participate in this tender.

Requirements of the lease are as follows:

• Aircraft type                      :     Airbus A330 series or Boeing B777 series

• Aircraft Requirement        :     Preferable IOSA Compliance

• Year of Manufacture         :     Preferable YOM not older than 2007

• Type of Lease                   :     Wet Lease (A.C.M.I)

                                                  (Cabin Crew will be provided by Garuda Indonesia)

• Lease Term                        :     22 April 2026 until 30 June 2026.

• Route                                 :     From Indonesia to Jeddah and/or Medina v.v preferable Direct Flight (No Technical Stop)

• Regulation                          :     KSA FAOC GACAR 129

Participants shall be the owner and/or Operator of the aircraft, holding Air Operator Certificate. Participants shall act on behalf of itself and shall not act as a broker or intermediary of any other party. Participant shall not involve any other intermediary in participating in this leasing tender.

The Leasing proposal must include:

a) Technical specifications and aircraft MSN/Serial Number
b) Commercial terms

Tender leasing documents can be obtained from 16 - 26 September 2025 during business hours by email.

Interested participants must submit bids not later than 28 September 2025 at 23.59 Jakarta Time (UTC+7).
