PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda") is inviting applications from qualified Consultants for the Planning and Implementation of Renovation Projects for Garuda Executive Lounge at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Interested parties are encouraged to register as a Vendor, adhering  to the following qualifications:

General Requirements:

• The applicant must be a legally established entity.
• The applicant must not be involved in any ongoing legal proceedings that may impede the timely completion of the project.
• The applicant must be willing to adhere to the Procurement Regulations in force at Garuda

Specific Requirements:

• The applicant must be classified as a medium-category contractor, as evidenced by valid SIUJK and SBU documents.
• The Scope of work includes:
  • Planning, designing, and executing renovation works for the lounge, which involves expanding seating capacity, reconfiguring layouts, enhancing the ambiance of the lounge, and incorporating additional features such as a children's area, business center, and refreshment bar.
  • Planning, design, and execution must take into account existing structural, mechanical, and electrical conditions, and must involve close coordination with supervisory teams and other relevant parties as required by Garuda.
  • All work must be carried out without altering, adding to, or removing any structural components of both the domestic and international lounges.

Further evaluation will be conducted in accordance with Garuda’s established procedures upon receipt of the complete administrative and technical documents.

Garuda does not charge any fees during the registration or procurement process.
