General Requirements:

1. Must be a legal entity.
2. Not currently involved in legal proceedings that may lead to failure in completing the work.
3. Willing to comply with the applicable Procurement of Goods and Services regulations at Garuda.

Scope of General Work:

a. Location: Jl. Rahadi Usman No.8A, Pontianak City, Pontianak, 78243.

b. Area:

1. Floor Area 1 and Floor 2: + 425.72 m2

2. Land Area: 709 m2

3. Building Area: 436 m2

c. Design Concept: Elegant Look & Easy to Coordinate

d.  Additional terms as applicable.

We will conduct further evaluations in accordance with the procedures applicable at Garuda after receiving the administrative and technical documents.

Garuda does not charge any fees in the registration or procurement process.
