PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Companies to be participated as Building and Security Management for Office Area Region Jakarta at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

General Requirements for Participants:

a) Must be a legal entity and operate in a business field in accordance with Garuda Indonesia's provisions.

b) Possess a valid Business Field Certification (SBU) issued by an authorized institution/agency, and have Security Guard Training and Development Certificates (Garda Pratama and higher levels).

c) Have a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in the management of buildings and security services covering at least a total area of 20,000 m². This includes both the operational management and financing of the following areas:

• Technical maintenance of equipment;
• Security services;
• Landscaping (gardens and road facilities);
• Housekeeping/Cleaning Services;
• Event handling management/Customer service.

d) Possess the following valid licenses/certifications:

• Labor Deployment License issued by the Ministry of Manpower (DEPNAKER);
• Business License for Security Services (BUJP) issued by the Indonesian National Police (POLRI);
• Other relevant licenses/certifications related to Building and Security Management;
• ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System certification (or latest version) for Building Management;
• OHSAS 18001:2007 (or latest version) certification for Occupational Health and Safety;
• SNI 19-9001:2001 (or latest version) certification for Quality Management;
• CHSE Certification (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment Sustainability);
• ABUJAPI Certificate (Indonesian Security Services Business Association).

e) Preferably have a background or affiliation in service-related industries such as hotels, apartments, convention centers, office buildings, etc.

f) Must provide certified and experienced professionals and operational staff (including Building Manager, Supervisor, Leader, and Field Officers) in adequate quantity and quality as required by Garuda. Subcontracting of personnel to third parties is not permitted.

g) Must demonstrate a commitment to completing the assigned work within the stipulated time frame and be fully accountable for the results.

h) Must not be involved in any legal disputes or bankruptcy proceedings that may cause conflicts of interest or hinder the participant’s ability to fulfill obligations and/or contracts.
