• General Requirement

1. Legal Entity.
2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
3. Willing to follow the procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.
4. Can provide Elevator  with following spec :

• Inner Size = Custom
• Outer Size = Custom
• Floors = 3 Stops
• Pit = 0 - 18 cm
• Capacity = 4 - 6 persons (320 - 500 kg)
• Maximum Height = 20 m
• Power Supply = 2800 Watt
• Traction = Hydraulic
• Color = 15 Premium Colors
• Cabin Theme = Smart/IDEA/Style/Opera
• Speed = 0.30 m/s
• Door = Manual Swing Door​

For those Participant who have experience and interested in providing Elevator, are required to submit some document (format document can be access through link Kelengkapan Dokumen administrasi dan Teknis - Pengadaan Elevator Gedung Management Garuda.docx  and email to reizsa.ys@garuda-indonesia.com  & windiwulandari.ctc@garuda-indonesia.com no later than Friday, May 10th 2024 on 10.00 AM Jakarta Local Time.

We will evaluate using the applicable rules in Garuda after receipt the documents.

Garuda did not collect any fees in the vendor registration process as well as the procurement process.
