PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ("Garuda") invites qualified legal consulting firms to participate in the Procurement of Legal Retainer Consultant for Indonesian Law and to register as a Garuda vendor, with the following qualifications:

1. General Requirements:
a. The Legal Consultant must operate and be officially registered as a law firm in Indonesia;
b. The Legal Consultant must have a PERADI advocate license for its litigation team;
c. The Legal Consultant must have experience representing clients from the aviation sector and/or State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and/or publicly listed companies, with proven and reputable performance outcomes;
d. The Legal Consultant must consistently comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Advocate Code of Ethics;
e. The Legal Consultant must not have any conflict of interest with the Company or its subsidiaries and must be willing to sign a Conflict of Interest Statement;
f. The Legal Consultant must be committed to complying with all procurement requirements and work framework as stipulated by Garuda;
g. The Legal Consultant must maintain confidentiality and be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Statement in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Specific Requirements:
a. The Legal Consultant must have experience in handling transactions related to commercial aviation, agreements, compliance, good corporate governance, legal disputes in aviation and non-aviation industries, and industrial relations;
b. The Legal Consultant is preferably represented by a professional figure with strong working relationships with relevant Indonesian government institutions, particularly those related to Garuda’s business operations in Indonesia;
c. The firm must have experienced legal professionals assigned to the engagement, as evidenced by each individual’s Curriculum Vitae (CV).
