Invitation To Bid – Hajj Aircraft
PT GARUDA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk, the national flag carrier of Indonesia, will conduct an aircraft leasing tender for Hajj transportation for the year of 2024. We would like to invite interested parties to participate in this tender.
Requirements of the lease are as follows:

Participants shall be the owner and/or Operator of the aircraft, holding Air Operator Certificate. Participants shall act on behalf of itself and shall not act as a broker or intermediary of any other party. Participant shall not involve any other intermediary in participating in this leasing tender.
The Leasing proposal must include:
- Technical specifications and aircraft MSN/Serial Number
- Commercial terms
Tender leasing documents can be obtained from 11 to 25 October 2023 during business hours by email.
Interested participants must submit bids not later than 25 October 2023 at 23.59 Jakarta Time (UTC+7).
