PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Companies to be participated as provider for Elevator Maintenance  at Garuda with the requirement as follow :

• General Requirement

1. Legal Entity.
2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
3. Willing to follow the procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.
4. Can provide Elevator  with following spec :

• Job specifications for elevator maintenance at GSM Kemayoran:

  • Inverter drive assembly
  • Repair services
• Job specifications for elevator maintenance at Garuda Building, Gunung Sahari:
  • Replacement of elevator/elevator spare parts no. 03:
    • AVR 5V-100A
    • Safety shoe cable
    • Elevator rubber couple
• Replacement of elevator/elevator spare parts no. 04:
  • Door Guide Shoe
  • Door Rail OP 1100
  • Guide Shoe 5k
  • PCB TP-HF

For those Participant who have experience and interested in providing Elevator Maintenance, are required to submit some document (format document can be access through lin kPersyaratan Dokumen & Surat Pernyataan - Perbaikan Lift Kantor Garuda Indonesia.docx  and email to lita.adhitia@garuda-indonesia.com  & rama.maulana@garuda-indonesia.com no later than Friday, Jul 19th 2024 on 02.00 PM Jakarta Local Time.

We will evaluate using the applicable rules in Garuda after receipt the documents.

Garuda did not collect any fees in the vendor registration process as well as the procurement process.
