PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ("Garuda") is offering an opportunity for companies Procurement of International Legal Consultants to Assist PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in Resolving Disputes with Lessors and Manufacturers to register as Garuda Vendors with the following qualifications:

General requirements:

• Legal entity.

• Not currently involved in any legal proceedings that could result in failure to complete the work.

• Willing to comply with the applicable Goods and Services Procurement regulations at Garuda.

General Scope of Work:

The scope of work for the Legal Consultant shall include, but is not limited to, the following:

Review and Legal Opinion

• Conduct a comprehensive review and evaluation of lease agreements, legal contracts, and other relevant documents pertaining to the legal relationship between the Company and counterparties to identify rights, obligations, and potential legal risks.

• Identify and analyze the legal exposure arising from each dispute, including potential liabilities, financial losses, and other legal risks that may impact the Company.
