PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ("Garuda") invites companies engaged in RJPP consulting to participate in the Procurement of RJPP Consultant 2025-2029 & 2044 with the following general participant requirements:

a. Engaged in RJPP consulting;
b. Holds a business license / Legal Entity in Indonesia;
c. Has experience and expertise in the aviation & airlines industry;
d. Has experience and understanding related to Garuda Indonesia restructuring;
e. Has experience and expertise in SOEs Business;
f. Willing to comply with the applicable procurement procedures at GARUDA;
g. Not currently involved in legal disputes or bankruptcy that could lead to conflicts of interest or failure of the procurement participant to fulfill obligations and/or contracts.

Companies that are interested in participating the procurement process are required to submit all documents consist of:

1. Statement of Interest signed by the Head of the Company;

2. Company legal documents (Business Identification Number);

3. List of Company Experience

The above requirement documents should be submitted in softcopy (scanned documents with a maximum email size of 5MB per email) and sent via email to: business-support@garuda-indonesia.com no later than Thursday, July 25, 2024, at 17:00 WIB.

The Procurement Committee will send the Request For Proposal (RFP) documents to companies that have submitted documents according to the requirements via email.

Garuda does not charge any fees to participants for the RJPP Consultant Procurement 2025-2029 & 2044.
