PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ("Garuda") provides an opportunity for companies engaged in event production to be registered as candidates in the Garuda tender with the following general qualifications and scope of work: 

QUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS

1. Legal entity;
2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
3. Willing to follow the Procurement procedure applicable at Garuda. 
4. Has experience as an event organizer in organizing corporate anniversary events (more than 6,000 participant).

SCOPE OF WORKS

1. Propose and develop the concepts of event
2. Carrying out event preparations and coordinating directly with the Garuda Committee and other related parties
3. In charge of the whole sequence of events
4. Producing creative collateral for event purposes
