PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ("Garuda") provides an opportunity for companies engaged in Creative & Digital Agency to be registered as candidate in Garuda tender with the following general qualifications and scope of work :

 

A. QUALIFICATION OF PARTICIPANTS

  1. Legal entity;
  2. Have experience handling 360-degree campaigns that include strategic plans / Campaign plans / Creative Productions / Video Productions for various conventional communication media (print, TV, radio, OOH, POS) and digital (social media, websites, blogs, broadcasts etc. ) for at least 5 clients (Garuda Indonesia equivalent) in the last 3 years.
  3. Have experience handling social media management for brands equivalent to Garuda Indonesia.
  4. Have experience working with KOL
  5. Setting up the best dedicated team for Garuda Indonesia as evidenced by a personal portfolio and conveying the team structure.
  6. Willing to be reviewed (performance reviewed) every 6 months.

 

 

B. SCOPE OF WORK

1. Creative development , Comprised of:

  • Account Management
  • Strategic Planning for Communication Campaign
  • Creative and Content Development
  • Digital Imaging
  • Brand Guideline
  • Creative Consulting & Training
  • Report & Evaluation

 

2. Social Media & Website Management, Comprised of:

  • Social Media Management
  • Social Media Admin
  • KOL Listing & Handling
  • SEO dan Web & Mob Content Strategy
  • Reporting
  • Training & Education
