ANNOUNCEMENT
CAR OWNERSHIP PROGRAM BIDDING
PT GARUDA INDONESIA (PERSERO) Tbk.

PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ("Garuda") invites companies which have capabilities on provide car leasing (Bank and Non Bank) to participate in the Procurement Car Ownership Program (COP) Garuda, with the following general requirements:

1. Have capability to  provide car leasing (Bank and Non Bank);
2. Have letter/ operating permit for financial service companies from Financial Service Authority (OJK)
3. Willing to follow the procurement procedures applied at Garuda;
4. Not currently related to any legal case that can lead to failure in work completion;
5. Willing to sign Integrity Statement.

Companies that are interested in participating the procurement process are required to submit all documents consist of:

1. Statement of Interest signed by the Head of the Company;
2. Copy of Letter/ operating permit for financial service companies from Financial Service Authority (OJK)

Interest Statement and Copy of operating permit from OJK are need to be submitted in the form of softcopy (scanned document with maximum email size per 5MB) and send by email to address:

no later than Thursday, February 7^th, 2019 at 16.00 WIB.

The Procurement Committee will send a Request For Proposal Document ("RFP") to companies that have submitted all required documents by email.

 Garuda does not collect any fees from participants in the Procurement of Car Ownership Program (COP).
