PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Companies who can provide ULD  to be registered as Vendor with general qualifications as follows :

• General Requirement

1. Legal Entity.
2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
3. Willing to follow the Procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.

• Specific Requirement

There are some special requirement that should be fulfilled by the manufacturers as listed below

1. ULD Type (AKE, AMF, PMC)
2. Product warranty
3. Material defect warranty
4. Design defect warranty
5. Technical drawing and Certificate of FAA and / or EASA.
6. After Sales Support
7. Spare parts available more than 10 years
8. Assembly partner with GMF

1. Letter of Intent and Statement Letters (attached format)
2. Administrative Documents  :
   1. Articles of Associations
   2. Tax Registration Number
   3. Recent tax payment in last 2 years
   4. Letter of Business Permit
   5. Certificate of Domicile
   6. Company Registration Number
   7. Financial Report in last 2 years
3. List of Work Experiences

We will evaluate using the applicable rules in Garuda Indonesia after receipt the administrative documents and technical data.

Garuda did not collect any fees in the vendor registration process as well as the procurement process.
