ANNOUNCEMENT
PROCUREMENT OF HAJJ PILGRIMS LAND TRANSPORTATION

PT GARUDA INDONESIA (PERSERO) Tbk. 

 

PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ("Garuda") invites companies engaged inland transportation services to participate in the Procurement of Hajj Pilgrims Land Transportation for 2021/1442 H and 2022/1443 H periods, for embarkation locations as follows:

  1. Banda Aceh (BTJ)
  2. Medan (KNO)
  3. Padang (PDG)
  4. Jakarta (CGK)
  5. Solo (SOC)
  6. Lombok (LOP)
  7. Balikpapan (BPN)
  8. Makassar (UPG)
  9. Banjarmasin (BDJ)

General requirements for procurement participants are as follows:

  1. Engaged in transportation / land transportation services (not broker / intermediary / non value added middle man);
  2. Have a Transport / Land Transportation Business License;
  3. Currently managing a minimum of 11 units of tourism standard bus;
  4. Own or have cooperation to provide a bus workshop at the embarkation location offered;
  5. Own or manage bus that can be specifically dedicated for transportation of hajj pilgrims;
  6. Willing to follow the procurement procedures applicable at GARUDA;
  7. Not being related to any legal case that can result in failure in completion of work;
  8. Willing to sign a Statement of Integrity.

Companies that are interested in participating the procurement process are required to submit all documents consist of:

  1. Statement of Interest signed by the Chairman of the Company;
  2. Copy of Transportation / Land Transport Business Permit;
  3. Data on the number of tourism standard bus fleets owned and or managed.

All those documents are need to be submitted in the form of softcopy (scanned document with maximum email size per 5MB) and send by email to address: business-support@garuda-indonesia.comditha.chairani@garuda-indonesia.com; dan a.karnia@garuda-indonesia.com no later than Friday, April 23rd, 2021 at 16.30 WIB.

The Procurement Committee will send a Request For Proposal Document ("RFP") to companies that have submitted all required documents by email.
 
Garuda does not collect any fees from participants in the Procurement of Hajj Pilgrims Land Transportation.
