PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) invites qualified consulting firms to participate in the Procurement of Cost Efficiency Consultant and to register as a Garuda vendor, with the following qualifications:
Details of services specification
Strong understanding of the revenue and cost structure of a full-service airline.
Ability to deliver a comprehensive cost structure analysis report of the Company.
Capability to provide benchmarking reports against common industry standards and comparable airlines in Southeast Asia and globally.
Ability to present strategic recommendations for cost effectiveness and sustainable cost efficiency that are practical and achievable.
Able to provide financial impact projections based on the recommendations delivered
Deliver regular progress and final reports to management.
Conduct a workshop to present and socialize the project outcomes to relevant units
Deliver final report and executive summary as project deliverables.
Competency :
Possess a strong understanding of the full-service airline business model.
Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in the financial modeling of full-service airline operations, including a thorough understanding of the accounting standards and regulatory frameworks applicable to the industry
Possesses access to and understanding of global benchmark data for comparable industries, particularly within the full-service airline sector
Have proven experience in providing consultancy services related to cost structure analysis.
Ability to communicate in Bahasa is an advantage to support smooth coordination, considering the complex cost structure of Garuda Indonesia
