PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Companies who can Provide Restructuring Consultant Services Providers for Subsidiaries / Joint Ventures to be registered as Vendor with general qualifications as follows :

     General Requirement :

1. Legal Entity.
2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
3. Willing to follow the Procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.

Specific Requirement :

1. Experienced in implementing Subsidiary restructuring in national scale companies within the last 5 (five) years, preferably BUMN
2. Able to meet the scope stated by Garuda, which generally consists of 2 stages, as follow :

1. Phase 1

Study Preparation Phase & Restructuring Road Map

1. Phase 2

Study Implementation Phase, namely corporate actions which as follow-up studies include liquidation, mergers, divestments and other corporate actions.

       3. Able to perform work deliverables required by the scope above, as follow :

1. Recommended road map for the Garuda Indonesia Group structure
2. Recommendations for the categorization of Garuda Indonesia Subsidiaries / Joint Ventures into groups of corporate actions that need to be taken
3. List of compliance compliance related to the restructuring of Subsidiaries and / or Joint Ventures
4. Project Plan which contains detailed steps and a timeline to be carried out in Phase 2, namely for the execution / implementation of the results of the study
