     General Requirement :

1. Legal Entity.
2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
3. Willing to follow the Procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.

Specific Requirement :

1. Have IPAK
2. Able to provide the following items in a package as follow :

      Business Class Passanger

• Face Mask 3ply earloop (1 pc)
• Hand sanitizer in plastic bottle size 50ml (1pc) 
• Sanitizing wipe in sachet (1pc) 
• Pouch, size  20 x 11cm (can load the mask without folding)

       Economy Class Passanger

• Face Mask 3ply earloop (1 pc)
• Hand sanitizer pocket card spray size 18ml (1pc) 
• Sanitizing wipe in sachet (1pc) 
• Pouch, size  20 x 11cm (can load the mask without folding)

The registration period is until Friday, November 20th 2020 before 10.00 AM Jakarta Local Time. Garuda did not collect any fees in the vendor registration process as well as the procurement process.
