PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk invites companies to participate in Hotel Crew Accommodation bidding with scope of work located in Jeddah, Madinah, Singapore, Seoul, Sydney, Perth, Chengdu, Xi’an

General Requirements for Bidding Participants :

1. Engaged in Hotel Services (not a broker/ agency/ non value added middle man);
2. Have a business license related to hotel business;
3. Hotel distance from airport to hotel maximum 60 minutes with car (in heavy traffic condition);
4. Able to provide flexibility of check in and check out time based on the arrival and departure schedules of crew;
5. Able to follow procurement procedure applicable in Garuda Indonesia;
6. Not involved in the legal case that can impacted to operational failure.

For the companies that willing to join the tender have to submit the documents as follows :

1. Letter of Intent which shall be signed by the head of the company as format attached
2. Copy of Business License Related to Hotel Business

All of document above should be submitted in softcopy (scanned document with maximum size 5MB per email) and send via email to : business-support@garuda-indonesia.com  no later than Wednesday, March 27^th 2019 at 14:00 Jakarta Local Time (GMT +7)

Tender Committee will send the Request For Proposal (RFP) document for the company that has been submitted all of required document via email.

Garuda Indonesia does not collect any fees from the participant in every bidding process.
