Background  In order to support operational activities for regular flights to Bangkok (BKK), Hong Kong (HKG), Seoul (ICN), Melbourne (MEL), Sydney (SYD), and Kuala Lumpur (KUL) routes, PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) requires a provider for the supply and refueling of aviation jet fuel at the BKK, HKG, ICN, MEL, SYD, and KUL Stations to ensure smooth flight operations

Scope of Work 
  1. Deliver and supply the Aviation Jet Fuel (“Fuel”) tailored to the needs of Garuda Indonesia at the BKK/HKG/ICN/MEL/SYD/KUL Station. 

  1. Fuel shall be delivered into Garuda Indonesia’s Aircraft (into plane delivery) 

  1. Ensure that the fuel provider has carried out work in accordance with JIG procedures (Joint Inspection Group guidelines for aviation fuel quality control & operating procedures for joint into aircraft refueling services) 

  1. Fuel Provider warrant that the Fuel supplied shall be free from contamination and meet one of the specifications set forth hereunder: 

  1. ASTM Standard Specification D 1655 for Aviation Turbine Fuels Jet A-1, latest issue; 

  1. British Ministry of Defense Standard DEF STAN 91-091 Turbine Fuel, Aviation, “Kerosene Type”, Jet A-1, latest issue; 

  1. IATA Guidance Material for Aviation Turbine Fuels, Jet A-1, latest issue

  1. The company is a legal entity and has a business license which is engaged as Aviation Jet Fuel Provider; 

  1. The company is willing to follow the procurement procedures applicable to Garuda; 

  1. The company is not currently involved in a legal dispute or bankruptcy which could cause a conflict of interest or failure of procurement participants to fulfill their obligations and/or contracts. 

  1. The company is willing to sign an integrity statement.
