Announcement Procurement of In-flight Entertainment (IFE) and Wireless IFE Service Provider 

 

 

PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Companies to be participated as In-flight Entertainment (IFE) and Wireless IFE Service Provider with requirement as follow:

Vendor Qualification:

  1. Have a good reputation/equivalent to the Garuda Indonesia brand.
  2. Have a good financial condition and can reflect the investment costs that will be incurred in this project.
  3. Provide benefits that can be added value to Garuda Indonesia.
  4. Have experience in managing IFE and Wireless IFE on airlines.
  5. Willing to follow the procurement procedures applicable at Garuda.
  6. Not being related to any legal case that can result in failure in completion of work.
  7. Willing to sign a Statement of Integrity.

 

Companies that are interested in participating the procurement process are required to submit all documents consist of:

All those documents are need to be submitted in the form of softcopy (scanned document with maximum email size per 5MB) and send by email to address: ditha.chairani@garuda-indonesia.com and rois.hw@garuda-indonesia.com  no later than Thursday, February 2nd 2023.

Tender Committee will send the Request For Proposal (RFP) document for the company that has been submitted all of required document via email.
Garuda Indonesia does not collect any fees from the participant in tender process.
