ANNOUNCEMENT
HAJJ BAGS & SUITCASES BIDDING
PT GARUDA INDONESIA (PERSERO) Tbk.

PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ("Garuda") invites companies engaged in bags production to participate in the Procurement of Hajj Bags & Suitcases for the 2019/1440 H and 2020/1441 H periods, with the following general requirements:

1. Engaged in the production of Bags / Bag Manufacturers;
2. Having production equipment and large production capacity that can be specifically dedicated to the production of Hajj bags & suitcases PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (minimum production capacity of 3,000 Pcs of bags per day);
3. Willing to follow the procurement procedures applied at GARUDA;
4. Not currently related to any legal case that can lead to failure in work completion;
5. Willing to sign Integrity Statement.
    

Companies that are interested in participating the procurement process are required to submit all documents consist of:

1. Statement of Interest signed by the Head of the Company;
2. Information of owned equipment list & production capacity

Interest Statement, owned equipment information & production capacity are need to be submitted in the form of softcopy (scanned document with maximum email size per 5MB) and send by email to address: business-support@garuda-indonesia.com no later than Monday, January 21^st, 2019 at 16.00 WIB.

The Procurement Committee will send a Request For Proposal Document ("RFP") to companies that have submitted all required documents by email.
 
Garuda does not collect any fees from participants in the Procurement of Hajj Bags & Suitcases.
