PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Companies who can Provide Legal Counsel to be registered as Vendor with general qualifications as follows :

General Requirement :

  1. Legal Entity.
  2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
  3. Willing to follow the Procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.

 

Specific Requirement :

  1. Domiciled in USA, having affiliation in Jakarta or Singapore in preferable;
  2. Comply with the prevailing laws and regulations;
  3. Have deep understanding on the law of USA and state law;
  4. Have extensive knowledge and experiences in aviation industry
