PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk ("GARUDA") require a Building & Security Management for Garuda Indonesia Office Area. In this regards, GARUDA invites a capable building & security management company to participate in the Procurement of Building & Security Management for Garuda Indonesia Office Area, with the following general requirements:

  1. Submit a letter of interest and willing to follow the procurement procedures at GARUDA;
  2. Has a Business Field Permit / Certification (SBU) issued by the competent agency / institution;
  3. Has a Manpower / Worker Service Provider Operational Permit issued by Indonesian Labor Department;
  4. Has experience in Building Management and/or Security Management covering an area of 20,000 m2 in the last 5 years;
  5. Has one or all of the following quality certifications:
    1. ISO 9001: 2000 (or newer) Quality Management System in terms of building management
    2. OHSAS 18001: 2007 (or newer) certificate for occupational health and safety
    3. SNI 19-9001: 2001 (or newer) certificate for Quality Management.
    4. ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System quality certificate

 

Companies that are interested in participating in the procurement process are required to submit all documents consist of:

  1. Letter of intent signed by the head of your company (free format);
  2. Business Field Permit / Certification (SBU) issued by the competent agency / institution;
  3. Manpower / Worker Service Provider Operational Permit issued by Indonesian Labor Department;
  4. List of experiences in Building Management and/or Security Management covering an area of 20,000 m2 in the last 5 years;
  5. One or all of the following quality certifications, such as ISO 9001:2000 (or newer), OHSAS 18001: 2007 (or newer), SNI 19-9001: 2001 (or newer), and/or ISO 14001: 2015.

The Procurement Committee will send a Request For Proposal Document ("RFP") to companies that have submitted all required documents by email.

 

Garuda does not collect any fees from participants in the Procurement of Building & Security Management for Garuda Indonesia Office Area.
