PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk provides an opportunity for the outsourcing companies to participate in BPO Services for Domestic Branch Office of PT Garuda Indonesia Bidding with coverage operation in Domestic Branch Office

PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda Indonesia”) provides an opportunity for the Outsourcing Companies that engaged in the Outsource related field to be participate in the bidding of BPO Services with scope of work located in Domestic Branch Office.

General Requirements for Bidding Participants :

1. Engaged in outsourcing services (not a broker/ agency/ non value added middle man);
2. Has the business license and official published website;
3. Has the official permission from Municipal Representative of the Manpower Ministry (Disnaker) in the location of the Manpower will be placed
4. Willing to obey of all the regulation of Manpower applicable in Indonesia
5. Has experiences in placing Manpower in the minimum of 10 (ten) cities in Indonesia that has operational activities of Garuda
6. Has the representative or branch offices in some big cities that able to manage their manpower in every region
7. Able to follow the Bidding Procedure that applicable in Garuda Indonesia
8. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure
9. Able to sign the letter of Integrity

For the companies that willing to join the tender have to submit the documents as follows :

1. Letter of Intent which shall be signed by the head of the company
2. List of total current amount of the manpower with the details of placement location/city.
3. Copy of BPJS Kesehatan membership for the workers (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
4. Recommendations letter  from minimum 1 (one) Client/Company of the previous project

All of document above should be submitted in softcopy (scanned document with maximum size 5MB per email) and send via email to : business-support@garuda-indonesia.com  no later than Thursday, August 23rd 2017 at 12.00 PM

Tender Committee will send the Request For Proposal (RFP) document for the company that has been submitted all of required document via email.

Garuda Indonesia does not collect any fees from the participant in every bidding process.
