PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Extra Cover Insurance for Hajj 2023 / 1444 H to be registered as Vendor with general qualifications as follows :

     General Requirement :

1. Legal Entity.
2. Experience as General Insurance, especially in Extra Cover for Hajj.
3. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
4. Willing to follow the Procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.

1. Objective

1. General Objectives :

Provide services to pilgrims in air transportation activities starting from departure process from embarkation in the country to Saudi Arabia to the repatriation process from Saudi Arabia to debarkation in Indonesia.

2. Special Objectives :

1. Provide services to pilgrims in accordance with the pilgrim air transportation contract between Garuda Indonesia and The Ministry of Religion R.I.
2. Provide extra cover insurance to pilgrims who's died not due to a flight accident

1. SCOPE OF COVERAGE 

Scope of insured include of :

1. Departure :
   • Since boarding on the bus provided PT. GARUDA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk. in dormitory of embarkation
   • During the trip from dormitory of embarkation to embarkation airport 
   • During at the departure terminal
   • During flight
   • Before leaving the restricted area at the arrival terminal in Saudi Arabia.

1. Arrival
   • After the pilgrims enter the restricted area at the departure terminal in Saudi Arabia.
   • During flight
   • During on the way to the dormitory of debarkation

Garuda did not collect any fees in the vendor registration process as well as the procurement process.
