PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Companies who can Provide Real Time PCR Swab Test Check to be registered as Vendor with general qualifications as follows :

General Requirement :

1. Legal Entity.
2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
3. Willing to follow the Procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.

Specific Requirement :

1. Provide RT PCR Swab Test inspection services with a 24-hour stand-by and shifts mechanism.
2. Able to facilitate the provision of one day service inspection results or CITO results maximum of 4 hours after the sample is received by the laboratory officer
3. Guarantee the VTM and RT PCR Swab Test tools are in new condition, functioning well, original, and according to health standards
4. Guarantee the RT PCR Swab Test tool can detect Gen S to detect mutation viruses
5. Ensure accurate and guaranteed inspection results
6. Have a copy of the Recommendation Letter from the Covid-19 Task Force/ BNPB/ SAS Permit of the Ministry of Health
7. Registered in the List of the Directorate General of Disease Prevention and Control
