PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk and its subsidiaries ("GARUDA GROUP") require an Insurance Broker to assist GARUDA GROUP in the process of Aviation Insurance closing and will act as a representative of GARUDA in Aviation Insurance closing. In this regards, GARUDA GROUP invites a capable insurance broker company to participate in the Procurement of Aviation Insurance Broker Garuda Indonesia Group 2020-2022, with the following general requirements:

  1. Willing to follow procurement procedures in GARUDA GROUP;
  2. An insurance broker company that meets the requirements and has a business license from the Indonesia Financial Services Authority (OJK) as an Insurance Broker;
  3. Has a business license / legal entity in Indonesia;
  4. Has experience in working with a local insurance company that is experienced in handling Aviation Insurance and risk placement to the International Reinsurance market;
  5. Has proven experience and knowledge related to risk placement to the International Reinsurance market;
  6. Has experience in Aviation Insurance claim settlement

 

Companies that are interested in participating in the procurement process are required to submit all documents consist of:

a.Letter of intent signed by the head of your company

b.Business License from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as an Insurance Broker;

c.List of experiences in working with Local Insurance Companies for Aviation Insurance.

 

The documents above (points a, b, and c) need to be submitted in the form of softcopy (scanned document with maximum email size per 5MB) and send by email to address:

The Procurement Committee will send a Request For Proposal Document ("RFP") to companies that have submitted all required documents by email.

Garuda does not collect any fees from participants in the Procurement of Aviation Insurance Broker Garuda Indonesia Group 2020-2022.
